foamies in EPP

The Polypropylene expanded (expended PolyPropylen or EPP in English) is a material which seems to be very promising for our hobby. Its mechanical characteristics are quite higher than those of polystyrene. Although heavier, it is much more resistant and especially present an interesting flexibility.

For the moment I did not make it yet fly but I am tried... It can be cut out with the hot wire like polystyrene. The cores tend to be restuck with the skins, but one can separate them with a blade from cutter. The manufacturers " étatsuniens " included/understood well the potential of this product and the kits of foamies in EPP flower...

One finds full the Web of it by seeking " foam " + " wing " by exemple..Sans to have tested them, some seem to deserve the turning:
